1970 Chrysler 300 Coupe - C$7,500 - Red Deer, Alberta, Canada

:confused::confused:....

FB Description

1970 Chrysler 300 with 440 Engine, power windows and seats and AC! (Needs to be recharged) 20 feet long and over 2 tons of fun! Great solid car, drives and stops great. 3 speed transmission. Has modern stereo in it but doesn't work at the moment. New alternator and battery. It is a 50 year old car so it has some quirks, power steering pump leaks and there's rust on ds rear wheelwell, around rear windshield and in trunk floor because of it. Tires will need to be replaced due to cracks on the sidewalls. Other than that, I've been driving it the way it is for the last year and a half with no problems, just turn the key and drive! It's a unique car and gets a lot of attention! Serious inquiries only please!

A unique car for sure. I wish they hadn't spend so much "attention" on it :wideyed:

WTF is this all about? Me thinks there are some electrical issues.

Something draining the battery, probably the radio.

This car was probably a slick custom in the 80's. They did a great job on the upholstery, other than the color. Look like they have vent grates from a turbo four banger cut into the hood.
With all the rust and body mods its a parts car. Unless somebody wants to relive the dream.
They can patch rust and paint it brandy wine candy.

Yea know all about battery drain, most likely culprit in my experience is the clock, but if there is some mickey mouse wiring under the dash all bets are on.
I was looking more down the negative cable to the splice bolt and what looks like a household grounding wire going off over towards the fender.
Mab'be it's some left over lighting protection?

:rofl:
