Well the 65 NY Wagon is back on the road as it should be. It only made it about 10 miles into a 20 trip because of water in the tank. Siphoned out the water and drove all the way with out problems. Brakes need a tweek and the parts are on the way. Drives nice shifts when it should. Engine has a noisy tappet at first start up but ok in a few min. Going to put 15/40 oil in her as it is hot down here next to Florida. It is a work in progress but for now it is derivable.

Great to hear, and the noisy tappet will likely quiet down over time......
 
Sounds good! Keep an eye on the oil, when it starts to change color change it again. Yes that lifter could quiet down with clean oil and driving it.
