Engine compartment splash shields placement

I purchased a replacement set of A arm splash shields for my 1965 Newport.
The large shields are pretty obvious to install, however, I can’t figure out where the smaller pieces go(see picture).
The Detroit Muscle Technology listing says “2 small pieces at the bottom of the picture mount to the frame rails just in frt of the A arms”
I’m not seeing holes at all to attach them.
Any suggestions?? Thanks!

The smaller pieces attach to the inside of each subframe forwards of the an arms area.
This picture is from the inside of the subframe rail in my 68 Fury. Radiator support is to the right.

Yes, those small pieces with the cut-out at the bottom, those cur-outs clear the front sway bar, as @Big_John 's pictures indicate.
