Welcome to the FL thread from the Motor City, birthplace of vertical stabilizers.

They are found on Fuselage C=Bodies ain't they ???? :poke:

The vertical stabilizers, vertical stabilisers, or fins, of aircraft, missiles or bombs are typically found on the aft end of the fuselage or body, and are intended to reduce aerodynamic side slip and provide direction stability. It is analogous to a skeg on boats and ships. :eek:s_dancing2:

No Forward Look car, but I do have a 53 Windsor that has been on the back burner for a year.

We need a section for earlier cars now..... LOL!!

In a different forum.

Dang John, I've got a near twin to that 53 out in the tree line. Same color and all. Looks a bit rougher though. It's way in the back in this shot.DSCN2934.JPG

I see the forward look cars for sale all over the internet, for next to nothing... whats the aftermarket like? nonexistent?

The ones you see next to nothing are beyond hope. Like any make, model, or year that are next to nothing. Fins that are something are priced somewhere up in the atmosphere.

well as a Cadillac fan I have to admit the mopars of the time were better looking, but seriously, aftermarket?
