I can see that definitely happening if this car doesn't find a new home. It's been sitting outside since he bought it. I just hope he doesn't part it out and sell the shell to the demo derby guys.

I don't think the demo guys pay anywhere near where he'd consider selling at.

I received a message from the seller this morning that he sold the car to someone who provided him with a reasonable offer. Maybe it was someone on this site? He did acknowledge that the engine very likely needed a rebuild and decided it was time to sell. Hope it will be saved.

Sure hope it went to someone who appreciates it, and has the means to fix it up. It needs a lot of work and deep pockets from the new owner. But that car definitely deserves to be put back in shape. The most beautiful vintage of the Fusies, a '70.
