I appreciate the encouragement, guys, but I helped a guy once put on a Legendary kit.
It was a mo-fo ***** and results were less than stellar.
Plus, my seats need new foam and then there are the carpetted seat backs, and, and, and...

So, I guess I don't wanna... :D

Totally understandable... I hope the results are to your standards.

X2, look forward to seeing how she turns out! I hope you end up keeping bittersweet.

Now if only legendary would make formal/forgotten B covers...

Got a scare today.
Upholsterer started work on seats today. Called me up
"They're the wrong seat covers!!"

Figured it out. I forgot to tell him I was replacing the '67 pattern with the' 68 pattern...

Looking forward to seeing the results. New Interior is one of the things on my list and the foam in the driver's seat is shot, so new covers and foam here eventually, too. It's always good to see and hear what others think of a product, installation, and all the rest.

It'll be a helluva ride when you're done, Stan.

67 isn't available. 68 was.
Down the road, 1 person in a million, even if it was at Carlisle, would pick up on it.

They're back from the Upholsterer. Now to find the  missing bolts.. View attachment 71935 View attachment 71936
They look pretty good... and a few temperature cycles in the sun usually tightens them up just a little more and they will be perfection. I am glad you did this, even if you put the blanket back on top, it pains me to know the seats are torn. Now we need to hear about how much better they feel with the new padding after they're installed...
