Dave, thank you, and your family, for letting me hang out in your tent, and using it as my "base of operations" at Carlisle(even though I was 2 more smart-*** remarks from getting thrown out:poke::lol:). I really appreciate it, and enjoyed meeting you and your family.
I hope you guys all get home ok. I made it home Sunday morning at 1:20 am without incident. Carlisle was a great time !
Thanks again,
Marty

Absolutely, great to finally meet Dave and his family and I am sure many of us may have never come to Carlisle without his influence. Very nice to see many of the guys in person. Didn't get to talk to everyone, but had some great conversations with those that I did.

Dave, tell your Dad that the neon sign we were looking at in the swap meet made it home in one piece, and actually works.

Agreed to all above. Big thanks to Dave and his family for all of their hospitality and warmth. I know I'm still a FNG in many ways, but my Carlisle experience would not have been the same without you folks.

X10 above if it wasn't for Dave and his family's hospitality, my wife and I would have fried in the sun and left a lot earlier. Already looking forward to next year!

Thanks Dave and Diane for the hospitality. I really enjoyed our time as brief as it was. My wife was very glad to meet everyone and wants to come back. Next time we'll stay longer.

More of the same.

Dave and the family were over the top in welcoming me and the kids. Without hesitation offering water, Gatorade and the chance to get out of the sun. Doing introductions of all of us newer guys when it came to face to face meetings.

Many thanks to Dave and the family.

Thank you fellas, Diane and I really enjoy the traffic through the tent. We love meeting old friends and new faces. The Carlisle experience is truly amazing and can be overwhelming . Our passion for the cars drives us to meet the people.
I believe it was Dylan that I had passed coming from my tent with a pile of waters that he had trouble holding, I simply chuckled, funny stuff.
I may have met more guys this year than ever before and I will simply never remember all the names.

Marty, I was glad you stuck around all weekend and sorry I missed you without saying goodbye.

:thankyou: ...........

It was indeed. (Thank you very much.:))

I didnt get to meet The legend but i met His dad and Polara daves Wife? I asked where was Polara Dave and he wasnt around. But i could tell from talking to them that his family seemed Genuine and sweet.

It was great seeing previous and new acquaintances alike.

Dave is indeed a class act.

Still can't get over Will driving from Alabama in second gear. I feel like such a wimp for bailing on the wagon because of an A/C leak.

B&B is booked for next year so you will all know how terrible I am with names.

Hopefully I'll have that leak conquered.

Kevin

I'm going to try like hell to make it back next year, and hopefully meet some more of the FCBO folks.
I was glad I stayed longer too Dave, and was hoping to say "so long" before I had to go, but Mike was the unlucky guy to be the first one back to the tent so he got volunteered to help load the cooler in my truck(thanks Mike!). Your Dad is going to have to do a better job of emptying my cooler next year though, I had way too much left over. The trip home took just under 10 hours, partially due to having to take the very long way through Chambersburg that included alleys and an underpass that my truck barely fit through. There were definitely less leaves on the trees in that town by the time I got out of there.:D And like a dumb-***, I actually went into work for a short time this evening, on my vacation. But that is another long story that I won't bore you with(I know how much you like long posts).
