I am looking at a 1969 Sport Fury and trying to decide if it is real or a "Tribute Car"
What do I need to know/look for? Any help would be appreciated.

A tribute car to what? Are you asking if it is a real Sport Fury and not a I II or III ?

I am trying to educate myself on how to tell if this is an actual Sport Fury vs a Fury I, II ,III that has had the badges added.

Any thoughts on values? Fairly strong number 3 convertible car. Probably 3 to 5 K away from being perfect. 383 , ps,pb ac,pw.

Youre asking the wrong guy. . . but you would have to include , engine size, and additional options including color, mileage and wheres the rust...

a green on green 318 bench seat car would generate little interest. A B7 Blue or Bronze car with white bucket interior with console and tach.....now youre talking

Spanish Gold, w white interior. 150K miles 383 very presentable paint, interior good to very good, does have cracked dash but not unreasonable. Needs rust repair on passenger lower fender. Paint might be hard to match.

Without seeing it its tough to tell but it sounds like youre in the ballpark. . Power windows in a Fury is uncommon. The rust concerns me.... 383-2 or -4?

Looks like he has already sold it.
how about this, sport fury, orig. paint & interior, only 18k miles, 383 2bbl, excellent shape, stored indoors most of its

life let know if your interested, thinking about thinning the herd

Nice looking Sport Fury.... What color interior ??? (just curious and not a player for it)
previous owner bought it off the estate of the original owner, top is tan with tan carpet and like a saddle color interior, he painted the top black and put a black carpet in it, i'm in the process of changing it back.

If possible could you please post some pictures of the interior

Too bad, I've got some parts that may have helped with the resto. Better luck next time. Spanish Gold seems to have been the marketing favorite for SF's in 69. Most of the print and commercial ads for SF's in 69 were Spanish Gold. I like it and I'm sure it will look better once I get mine repainted but it certainly wouldn't be my first choice.
