1967 Chrysler Imperial Convertible

cylinders: 8 cylinders
drive: rwd
fuel: gas
paint color: blue
size: full-size
title status: clean
transmission: automatic
type: convertible

The car is well optioned with A/C, power windows, power window vents, power locks. The engine is a 440/V-8, with over 100K miles. Runs Good. The body was fully restored in 1992. The paint and body are in good condition. It needs some interior and mechanical fixes that aren't terrible but need attention. It has a new starter, and some parts that can go with it to fully restore it. Items we know is needs: AC compressor, exhaust leak on manifold, passenger door latch sticking, Power window switch for drivers door (I've sent it out to try to repair it), speedo is off (have a replacement part for it), brakes could be better, I have newly reconditioned drums for the rear.

Beautiful color combination of Blue with white top and white interior. Good driver or candidate for restoration. Have many original documents such as early titles, original owners manual, 1967 vehicle brochure. Asking $15,000 or best offer.

This one has great potential but I would expect it to be nicer for that kind of money. I love it though!

I know white interiors are more practical for convertibles, but I just hate white interiors...I prefer anything to white and will go black on my 68. I know I'm going to pay for it in seared butt cheeks, but I couldn't live with white.

There was a light blue leather available that looked very silvery that I would like better in this car.

Why? Dirty or a ***** to keep clean doesn't Count because that's B.S.

Thanks, I can appreciate the feedback. This is my Dad's car, who recently passed. I tried to be upfront with the needs I see. We are looking for a fair offer, which I understand is less than asking. We are certainly willing to negotiate with serious buyer. Perhaps you can understand that we received a number of low ball offers already.

I think it's a combination of a couple things:

Unless they are brand new and snow white, they always appear dirty (especially dirt in the grain of the leather with always stands out and looks like crap) and often yellowed.

The different color carpets/ dashes that often accompany white interiors also bothers my OCD/ sense of uniformity, whatever.

I have seen white interiors that I have admired, but they have always been new/ virtually new and still preserve the snowy cleanness to them.

Not in my car.

Than perhaps you should buy that car
This would be from the standpoint of being able to walk in and order one new, absolutely nothing against the color combo of your car because as I said, I love it.

I'm sorry for your loss, but thank you for offering the car here.. If she's bought from someone on here it will get the continued love that it deserves.. it's a beautiful car nonetheless.
