Wagons Ho!

Cool! I have a bunch of episodes on the DVR I have to watch still. Love that show.

Oh pleaze! Remove the stick up your A** and just enjoy it for what it's worth.Any attention brought to C-bodies in general and wagons in particular is a very good thing!

I'm eager to watch the show but its a double edged sword...at the moment its pleasing to find relatively affordable C bodies. But I've noticed the prices taking off, more publicity is just going to accelerate the fact.

The old "I wish these cars had a higher value" vs "oh no, these cars are going to start climbing in value" argument! Get 'em while they're cheap! The wagon I want is one that needs a full resto, so money will be an obstacle.

30 days until my tight, no paid subscription *** will see it.

I just dont like how they moved all of their shows to pay tv on demand. It used to be free on youtube and was more or less the only watchable carshow...

it still is free on youtube. When you pay on demand, you just get episodes a month before they air on Youtube. I am cheap so i can wait.

I am cheap and cant wait lol. I wish they would put one out every day...
Ahmen but i think at that point the content would suffer. Roadkill extra is a daily thing but only on Demand.

Spoiler Alert: Upcoming Roadkill Garage Car! - Ro…:

You are right. I sometimes feel like it already does suffer. I really liked when they did the roadtrips and such. Just watched the one with the disgustang, i thought that was pretty cool.

"Roadkill", too, shall pass. As did the "Overhaulin'" frenzy.

Fun to watch them do some of the things that some more "adventuresome" individuals might do with the time, money, and motivation. Some tend to be a little "extreme", though.

They had a C-body a while back. A '69 or so with manual steering (!!!) that they had a big stroker RB motor in. Doing burnouts, of all things. An interesting "engineering exercise", at best.

Personally, I like "Engine Masters" better.

I’ve never watched but I see a black Challenger with “Roadkill” big in white on both sides going down the court next to my shop once or twice a week.

There's one Engine Masters episode where they take a 360 from a mid-80s Dodge pickup, put in Freiburger's Challenger (matches the noted description), show it doing burnouts and such, then put it on the dyno to see how "pathetic" the power is (with max torque at about 1800rpm, but over 300 lbs-ft). Otherwise, an interesting Engine Masters episode.

I think I mentioned that I couldn't stand the show...so no amount of watching could enable me to "enjoy it for what it's worth". As for attention for C bodies...I see nothing good coming from these clowns trashing a T&C that could be restored to be a nice car again. Enjoy your LS swaps.
As for the 6 dislikes...thanks for the kick in nuts.
Time to take a break.

I don't care that you don't like the show, that's why we have choice. Ever been in a market research group? That's the whole point, to have different people with different opinions. Just because they disagreed with your statement, doesn't mean squat. I usually like to know why someone hits the red X, but I thought it was pretty simple to figure out why in your case on this thread. Hope to see you here soon.
