My offsider is back up on his feet after surgery. Has been an interesting couple of years. Assembled one door trim and just started on the second. Hopefully will sandblast the rear seat frames this week and get them sorted.

Spent 8 hours so far on the header bar. One side completed. Hopefully get the other side done next week.
Wow that's an ugly starting point... hard to imagine that coming out to the standard of the rest of the car, but I have faith.

Rust in the top header is pretty common, but that's one of the worst that I've seen.

Bit of a trial fit before I paint things. Side mechanisms are still a bit tight. It took a couple of weeks to free them up. They were rusted up tight. Just dunked them in a bath of citric acid for a couple of days

Slowly piecing together my rear seat frame. Once the frames good I will redo all the springs. Have a place that makes them a couple of doors down from my work. Also got my bars back from plating. Came out nice especially considering the way they were bashed around. I had to do alot of welding prior to plating.

Slowly rebuilding the rear seat bottom frame. Hopefully start making new springs next weekend. Picked up a console tacho from eBay. Think it's for a 66? Certainly not cheap

Rear seat bottom finished. 60 hours from start to finish. Springs were a huge pain trying to shape
