Mopar did not use shift tags. That tag is most likely and inspection tag with the inspectors initials pre-printed. The inspection markings varied from plant to plant. Some plants stamped the inspector number at the top of the build tag, others used the smaller tag with an inspector specific hole or holes punched in it, still others used letter characters on the inspection tag.
