SHADOW OF MOTHER'S PROVING GROUNDZ
I'll start and I have two. 1st iz to replace the steering wheel in my D.D. The teeth markz are becoming too abrasive on my handz. 2nd iz to keep breathing 'til this time next year so I can resolve to do it again in '20. Stay well all you sick puppyz, I'll do the best to do the same, Jer

Many years ago I resolved to never make New Years resolutions and so far, I've kept that resolution.

Work on getting my health up to a level to get to and enjoy Carlisle and see my FCBO friends this year.....

To not borrow any more money as I just

paid off this rig last week, 7 months early!!

No resolution's, but I do have a couple of projects that are sitting and maybe just maybe....

I don't make resolutions, but I do try to set some goals now and then and the first of the year is a good starting spot. Resolutions tend to set you up to fail and then you never really get where you want to go. I hit one big goal last year (weight loss) and that's helped a lot.

This year, I want to spend less time online, although that hasn't happened today (LOL) and work more on my health.

I tend to agree with the "set up to fail" comment. Might depend upon the definition of "resolution"? Goals/resolutions need to be obtainable, for best results. Aiming high can always help, but when you don't get there, depression can happen and THAT sucks. Then you have to dig yourself back out again with little victories that can lead to more victories and more progress. I've found out that anxiety, procrastination, and depression are all somewhat linked together, from my own experiences as the hormone levels have decreased with advancing age.

So stay positive, stay focused, and proceed as best you can. Relish your many blessings in life and seek to not mis-use them.

Happy 2019!

The goal is to get back under 200lbs, which means I need to lose 40. My blood pressure levels, cholesterol, sugar, etc are all in the bad range and I really don't want to start taking meds.

I made my reservations X2 yesterday Bob. we'll be waiting on yeah. Tried to lock in my show field yesterday too. They shut down from the 22nd to the 3rd, MUMBLE MUMBLE
Where did you get a room at this year Jer? Sammie and I are still making up our minds about going this year....

We have all these car parts laying around, can't we just use those as exercise equipment?

Pulled the trigger on AAA membership (finally)…lotsa old iron with some long road trips this year...probably not a bad investment for $98.00.
