Based on the condition, it looks only good as a parts car. He's gonna have to be willing to take a lot less than his asking price if he wants to get it sold.

That car doesn't have a prayer.
Can't believe someone dragged that thing to Buffalo from Florida.

Wasn't this hardtop up for bid in an auction that included a handful of other cars? If I remember correctly this one and another C body went to the same fellow.

I love the 74 and up Monaco’s. And, I’ve owned quite a few over the years.
But, they are about the most rust prone vehicles I’ve seen. My first one(purchased in 1990) was in what I thought at the time was beyond proper repair would be a restoration candidate now!

All of the Formal's rust in the same area's if you drive them in the snow and salt. The bottom of the rear quarters rust out from water leaking past the rear side marker lights and puddling in the trunk pocket. I've seen a lot of the side marker light missing speed nuts or them being loose.

There are still nice rust free Formal's out west.

It is worth it to find a rust free Formal western car and pay a premium price for one. I hate bodywork and paint and you just cant find much in the eastern half of the U.S. that doesn't need some level of rust repair.

Yes. It was a bankruptcy auction in Florida. I believe it went for $250ish dollars and a few other c-bodies went in that range as well. They were all in rough shape.

I think there was a thread for it and it’s been posted for sale before at least once.
