That looks so sleek with that front end, I might have to build one.

Mmmmmmm.....cant make up my mind if I like it or hate it.....
No doubt in my mind. I HATE it. The color, the shaved look and the wheels. And the console is so high it could be Trumps wall. I do like the hood if I have to say something nice.

I could do w\o the roadrunner stripes and badging other than that it's perfect

Can't recall ever seeing someone put a roadrunner sheet metal on the front of a wagon like that before, and I like the out come for sure! I think their execution of the black out hood, roof and side decals are well thought out and look good to me. But have to agree with Chris that the colour, rims, shaving, painted bumpers and the interior don't work for me.

Would love to see one done up more like a "factory" built 72 roadrunner wagon.

I don’t like the shaved handles or blacked out bumpers. Other than that I guess it’s tolerable...

I saw this on Hemmings too. But it made me wonder about a Coronet wagon with a Charger front clip. Has anyone seen something like that? I’ve also wondered about a Ranchero type custom, starting with a Coronet or Satellite wagon. Never saw one. I can’t imagine someone hasn’t tried it. Pontiac built prototypes twice, once in ‘59 and again in ‘67 or ‘68 using El Caminos.

why not trim to fit a 1972 cuda grill-----well they look better and are cheaper than a 70-71 cuda grill...

Speaking of Rancheros
I do believe there is a forward look Chrysler- Ranchero/ El Camino in the city of Lake Havasu. He also has a ‘66 or ‘67 C-body Richard Petty tribute stock car.
It seems the Forward look was converted many years ago.

Fix the mile high console and loose the air cleaner set up, then drive the heck out of it.

Sorry, my vote is hate it. Way to ruin a great wagon .:wtf:

Cons- Hate the blacked out crap, the black wheels, the low stance in the front, the roadrunner stripe on a wagon that does not belong, and as @azblackhemi said, the console is too high.:realcrazy:

Pros- I do however, like the color and shaved look. Interior is ok, I could take it or leave it.

That scene from Ren and Stimpy when the horse falls and breaks his legs and the reporter asks him how he liked it.....shear comedy genius!

I'd like to see it with chrome bumpers and a brighter wheel. Don't care for the black on the roof and hood and I'm not sure about the stripe.

Other than that, I really like it. I've seen some 68/9 Satellite wagons done with Roadrunner hoods etc. and I've really liked them when they are done right.
