1972-73 IMPERIAL FOR SALE Tracker starting NOW into INFINITY.

I would wager that the car has been repainted since the bumper to body fills are also the body color instead of the factory gray color. Matching gold colors these days is almost impossible and the fine metallics used back in the 70 just don't exist in most paint available either now. I would also estimate that the car doesn't have that many miles since the driver seating area fabric is still pretty good, and those fabrics didn't wear well. It is also an autotemp II car that hasn't had the control module replaced with the Performance Analysis one that would actually last more than a couple years before cracking and leaking like the original units. The car still might be worth the price, but I wouldn't go any higher. Eyes on view of the car would be needed to tell more, as the write-up is almost as bad as having none at all and no real effort was put into it - just cut and pasted some facts writeup. I would rather buy a car like Doc's than this one at auction.

This one is offered via the Imperialclub. Asking 15k, located near Houston TX.
Asked the seller for pictures as the ad doesn´t tell about color and amount of doors
on the car.

WOW.... Gotta be one of the worst interiors I've seen in a long time!

Almost looks like mold.... was this in a flood or stored in a rain forest?

It's located close to Galveston TX, so the area that's been hit the hardest by Hurricane Harvey back in 2017. It might have been flooded, according to the seller it just got a new paint job, my guess is that the seller is trying to get some money back he spent on the repaint. That thing needs a very close inspection

P.S. Don't take a few minutes and at least TRY to scrub the mold and mildew off the seats...

I bet the headliner is a complete mess too!

Up for sale in the Netherlands:

≥ Chrysler LeBaron - Oldtimers - Marktplaats.nl

I've seen this car irl a long, long time ago. Looked pretty much pristine back then.
Now, at least 12 years later, there's at least a rust spot down on a rear quarter panel.

It's been for sale for quite a while already.

Hey,all new member here. Here's a loaded red 73 coupe with factory sunroof and buckets. I will be bringing this home soon. I can't wait to start in.
I have a bunch 73 parts I bought from eBay.
It needs a little work though.

You have a sense of humor, that is for sure. Even I won't take on that sunroof car!!! How does a car get that rusted - under sea water for a decade or ?????? Nothing could be any good on it.......................

Yep... I also see 1 or 2 areas that need some attention :D

Nonetheless I'm looking forward to follow your resto thread on it. It's a super rare car and if you have the skills and equipment to rebuild a whole body from scratch you will be able to get yourself a unique car.

New member testing the waters of the sense of humor here. The story on this car is the original owner donated it to one of those shady car charity's.
(Here's 1 for you 19 for me)
The 2nd owner had no place to keep it and drove this unrestored beautiful original out to his brother house out on the California coastline. He put 5 blue tarps on to protect it from the elements.!!!!!
He came back 5 years later and this was the results!
Oddly enough the sunroof and and vynil top section is not rusted and savagable. The interior isn't bad and has buckets. The front spindles are gone.
I will remove the dog tag, so it can be put in the sunroof database.
