1972 Plymouth Custom Suburban

Thanks Wyatt that sucker was stubborn, really had to hit it hard a bunch of times before it moved into place

Nice work! Great save! I love the front end on these '72's.... I wish they've carried them over to the '73's damn shame they were only a one year thing.

I like the '73's too but those ugly *** tits really screw the bumpers on them. Front and rear!

Yesterday Xenon swung by and we spent a couple hours tinkering under the hood. We were so busy I didnt take any pictures, but after changing the points, installing new plugs, rustling up some used plug wires, and pouring some fuel down the carb, we made it run briefly! Initially the distributor was 180 degrees out, which turned out to be pretty funny. Xenon said "Try it and see if she'll pop"...and boy did it ever! It backfired out of a hole in the exhaust right by his feet and sounded like a shotgun! I thought he was gonna fall over it startled him so bad! Thanks to him again for coming down.
But I've been cleaning the seats, and I'd say the floors are above average for the rust belt...I've seen much worse.

Wyatt, if the floor in my parts car Monaco doesn't have a good piece to patch in, I might be hitting you up LoL

Heck yeah, you're speaking my language...headlight assembly, rear bumper, and...?

Some pics of the fuel tank...must have been sitting quite a while because it was bone dry. Doesn't appear to be rusted through anywhere.
