I'm curious to know what the sale price was for this

1967 Imperial Crown | E100 | Kissimmee 2020

It sold at another auction last year for around $6k, I think, then dealer had it for some time before sticking it in yesterday. I offered the original auctioneers and few $k more than the $6k it went for before they sold it at said auction and they turned me down. I ended up buying the Caddy shortly after.

sorry.. didn’t see it go.

Sorry guys, missed this one.

Does anyone remember Ron Slobe? I purchased several piles of NOS parts from his wife and a fellow named John at his place. Its been a few years back. There were at least two Sox cars there. This post just reminded me of that time. I have no clue how many clones were made but would guess Slobes cars were real deal. Who really knows? I can say that the back building was the largest collection of Hemi and Sixes I have ever seen in one place. He had some impressive stuff for sure. I could just kick myself for not buying more cars from his wife. They were going very reasonable and a friend of mine was flipping them right and left. Those were some good days. Happy motoring!

$7150, and that includes the 10% buyer fee. So.....$6500 hammered.

Thank you, think the dealer made a loss then after all the transport fees from original auction and then same to this one.
Original auction pics showed the car to be in much better condition, so kinda glad I did not buy it.

Have come across a coupe for sale in UK but not got a price as yet, only a number to call.

Just an FYI regarding Mecum. If you "join" their website with your email address (no money, no hassles) you can log in to view the Hammer Price results (and No Sales) of current and past auctions. Plus they bomb you with lots of good (for collector car people!) emails such as auction notifications, collector news, unique car stories, etc.

Full disclosure--I've been a Mecum Gold Member [Goldmember!!

] for a number of years, which provides me with a few nice perks at the auctions, plus a constant stream of hardcopy catalogs and other mailings, which I very much like.

Wow! That brings back memories! I had one that was identical including the interior. I moved to AZ (1997) in that car driving from Indianapolis. It was so comfy and I was impressed that it averaged 18.1 mpg.
