Distribution Block fitting sizes

I ordered Part#HKT6701 (pre-bent front brake lines for manual drum) from Right Stuff. The brake lines they sent were incorrect (See comparison picture below). I am working with them to ensure the second shipment they send is correct.

Does anyone know the specific sizes of each fitting on the distribution block? I attempted to figure it out using the plastic fittings that came with my MC bench bleed kit. They are plastic though so I wanted to see if anyone else has ever figured out each one. Here is what I got.

Forward most MC line runs to the forward most, bottom fitting of the distribution block.
- Forward most MC fitting size: 9/16 - 20
- Forward most bottom fitting on distribution block size: 3/8-24

Rear most MC line runs to the top of the distribution block
- Rear most MC fitting size: 1/2-20
- Top of distribution block size: 1/2-20

Front Drivers side brake line goes to the rear, bottom of the distribution block
- Front Driver side end of the line: matches to the size of the first brake line sent by Right Stuff
- Rear, bottom of the distribution block size: 3/8-24

Front Passenger side brake line goes to the front top of the distribution block.
- Front Passenger side end of the line: matches to the size of the first brake line sent by Right Stuff
- Front, top of the distribution block size: 1/2-24

Just completed a complete brake system change on my 65 880 convertible. Went to a dual master and changed all lines and hoses from front to back, bought 5 foot long steel lines (6) from NAPA and a hand full of fittings then cut and double flared the sizes to what I needed,, It stops just the way it should for a four drum system,Total cost about $280.00 CDN,, I,m Happy,,,Catfish65 (Dave)

Here's the deal... It's all 3/16" line fittings. What Chrysler did was to size all the nuts on the line in different sizes so that you can't mix up the lines.

Your experience with Right Stuff sounds about right. From what I've read, there are other vendors that are much better at bending brake lines. If you want to bend up some yourself, those nuts are a little tough to find and the usual way is to reuse the old nuts. Of course that means you have to start doing double flares on the ends, but they just take some practice and a GOOD double flaring tool. You'll want to buy a roll of the brake tubing that NAPA sells as that much easier to work with than the straight 5' lengths. The NAPA stuff (I think other venders have it too) is known as Ni-Cop or Cunnifer and it's green in color.

A lot of guys like the products from Inline Tubing. You might want to check them out.

Yea what you got in the picture ain't anywhere close, an I didn't even try to figure out your nut sizes (red caps) I've seen on 'that' show where the long line to the rear is folded in half for shipping and shake my head as that they have to straighten it out for a 100k restoration project. The long line is no where near close and you maybe have enough length to make it work with a re-bend??? :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

This is on a 67 Fury Right? What's the tiny little section for?

The master to distribution block may work with a lot of re-bending... but why that's probably the easiest one to bend up. Start there, now the 2 front lines are the hardest if you want a near OEM concourse condition line but they do have a little mandrel bender that would be better for those tight 90° bends than the wire coil benders.

I'd ship it back and see if you can get credit for the shipping, or did you pick part numbers online for this order?

Return that order and go with someone else. That stuff looks like GM stuff.

If it's a '67 Fury with drum brakes, I see it in their online catalog.

They might make a set using your old one as a pattern too.
