Interior door trim removal

I have been looking but how do you remove the interior trim thats about a inch wide above the door back to the rear pillar. There is hidden screws. I feel I'm missing something.

Layers....
You have to gently remove the rubber weatherstripping to expose the screws that keep the stainless in place.
Once the stainless is removed, you can remove the side trim you are after-- which keeps the edges of the headliner in place.

Ok thanks I assumed that seal was glued in fairly well. Must be just spray adhesive maybe.

Typically glued near each end and pressure fitted the rest. Recommend contact cement for stubborn areas when reinstalling
