Imperial Hood Ornament Identification Help...

Can someone tell me what year Imperial this hood ornament fits?

I don’t know exactly but I will say ‘70s era.

The one on my 75 imp has an oval base instead of the square one like yours. I could be wrong but I think 74 and 75 had the same hood ornament so I don't know what year yours is.

Could be from JC Whitney, They had that style back in the day.

Aftermarket copy of the 74/75 ornament. Square base is a give away. Factory one was oval.

Nope, smooth and much bigger outer ring and eagle, oh and no cheap loop at the mount, they were attached with machine screws.

Well it looks like everyone thinks it’s fits a 75/76 Imperial and that it is an aftermarket piece. Now that I know this, what would it be worth?

Well considering the little loop at the bottom is broken it’s kind of useless as a hood ornament but the good news is it probably has the same value as a collectible trinket. I’d say 10 bucks.
