I think that kb184 is the only reasonable priced option with at least some dome. Keith Black Pistons KB184-040 Fits BB Chrysler 440 Dome 3.5cc Bore 4.360
I dare to be different. If it is a budget rebuilt stock motor I would just fix those nicks and call it a done. Based on the marks on the bearings, those are still protruding and would require more sanding. One could carefully use even a fine file to knock the tops out and then polish those areas...
Check the cables and connectors. Those -50 starters are way underpowered when compared to later ones. My parents -59 dodge had similar issues which were mostly fixed with thick new cables and connectors (starter and block ground wire). Use atleast 50mm^2 cable for the starter.
Also are you...
If I recall right, that insulator thingie was basically used to relocate and reposition the connection posts and can be removed altogether. Or thats how I remember my starter had (5.9 magnum starter for a dodge truck). After removal, you can connect starter cables to the posts closer to starter...
Hmmm, it's also listed in Summit Racing, though not avail at the moment...
Sherman Parts 013CTC-168-770 Sherman Trunk Floor Panels | Summit Racing
Edit: and Summit seems to use SHI as prefix for Sherman parts also. There are tons of legit body panels shown with SHI
Oh crap, I already had my hopes up. Moparshop has been quite decent company, bit pricey but no problems in my previous purchases. I wonder where they have come up with the sherman brand name in the listing...
Well, I have a bead roller so i guess that I should just get up my lazy butt and buy...
Wow, anyone else seen these? Not sure but isn't Sherman "quite ok" manufacturer for sheet metal? Atleast better than those classic 2 current stuff..

Thanks MEV, that was new to me that there are also 45degree JIC like fittings available, apparently those are called SAE fittings but they have same threads.
This is quote from qchydraulics.com:
"The most common flare fitting standards in use today are the 45° SAE style, and the 37° AN style...
I have used standard steel hydraulic piping with JIC flare as it is the same as used in AN fittings. Or basically the whole AN fitting system is just a "lightweigth" version of industry standard JIC fittings. So if you have some hydraulic shop nearby, you can get the items from there. Also the...
One vote for the transmission mount. The new rubber mounts are incredibly poor quality. I wasted one in my Challenger in less than 5000 miles, went for polyurethane bushings after that. The sagged and ripped mount caused significant weird vibrations 50mph+ velocities.
Also I think that bad...
I'll buy that low deck M1 from you if you are selling and you would be willing to ship it to Finland.
About that lever, it shouldn't be hard to cut and weld it back to original shape. Then some some magic with grinding disc and paint and it would be pristine again if you like to tinker.
Have you checked with the new mechanical pump and rod that the pump is or isn't pumping anything if the line to the carb is disconnected? Didn't notice that from your previous post.
I am just guessing here but you might also have a stuck needle in the carb in addition of the other already found...
I had 800cfm Thunder. It worked perfectly with edelbrock performer 383 dual plane intake and milder cam but struggled with street dominator and hotter cam.
I have SD on my 383 in a Challenger with 3.23 gears and about 2800 stall converter. It was a dog with edelbrock avs thunder down low but run great on high rpm. I switched to Holley by friend's recommendation and got **** load of low end grunt more and the same high end power. Now it rips the 275...
