No travelling this summer as I start my new job April 15th!
My hourly wage went up 6 bux an hour!
I am now a Goodyear employee Production Technician.
Benefits plus company pension.
It sucks no vacation for a year, but looking at long term, I can retire ftom this yob and be able to live comfortably.
I have been working the past 3 years at the Napanee Plant but under a contracted company.
So instead of getting just a bit above miumum wage, I will make some REAL money!
No project cars predicted, but must build a garage for the C Barge fleet!

Yeah I know, eh?
But I have been applying for this new yob for 3 years. Been getting the " run around" for a while.
But was patient and persistent in an unorthodox hiring procedure.
Finally got IN!
Long term is after the garage is built, more time on the C Barge fleet abd more car show!

Congrats on the new job & bump in pay.
Whenever seeing a company offering good benefits and a retirement plan like your new employer has to offer, should be a sign be to any employee that they look out for their employees.
