Not a factory part, no Mopars had recovery bottles until 1970? Definitely not in 68.

I’ve parted out 3 68 Furys that had them. Sold one on here. Might have been a dealer add on. All 3 looked the same. I tried to get the bracket but the damn bolt was too rusty.

I do t know. The metal brack I couldn’t get off none of the cars that had these. Rusted too bad. And very tight spot they where mounted. Kinda need that bracket to fit it to a car that doesn’t have this style.
