What size nut is that? The bolt appears to be a short version of the bolts used to hold seats to the floor.

I've got a first print 70-71 Parts book at work I can take a look in when I'm back at work on Saturday. There are tons of hand written part numbers in them, I'll see if someone added that into the book over the years.

Looks like the same piece I just ran across under my dash.
These were used to mount the molded defroster duct to underside of dash.
This has an 1/8” dia screw and tab is 1/2”x7/8”.

Don’t know what they’re called. Kinda like a caged screw.

This style fastener apparently was used quite a bit.
