Classic Car Junkie who just bought a 1966 Newport to fix up and sell down the road after enjoying it for a little while. Can't afford to own all the cars at once but I can afford to own them all one at a time!

Looking forward to getting this Newport running and driving down the road after sitting in the dirt for 10 years or so. 80k Original miles, 383 2bbl, near rust free and all original save for normal replacement parts.

Welcome

Welcome aboard! What part of Long Island?

Coram area, this car was in Shirley for the better part of the last 10 years. Originally from the Brooklyn/Queens area from what I was told. It had to have been garaged for a large portion of its life to be this rust free around here.

Straight from the Facebook ad that brought my attention to this beauty:

After dropping it in front of my house, landlord is surprisingly cool with it (I gave him fair warning...lol)

Sorted the flat tire situation with some quick used ones, they're temporary until I find some Torque Thrusts or Keystone Classics for it.
