For sale on FB in Ohio. Looks like a Newport Custom (cue: split-back bench front seat) painted in GB5 blue paint with V1X black vinyl top.

Three pictures only. From the ad: "This car is in very nice shape it is a Newport custom 4dr, with cruise and air conditioning and needs nothing runs excellent looking for $6000.00 or best offer."

Chrome looks great and the paint and top looks new. Nice looking Newport.

The three photos on FB are gone, for some reason, but there are lots of photos here. The asking price on that site is $8k. The interior is blue.

The fender tag is visible in a couple of these photos, confirming that the car is , but the picture quality makes it hard to decipher. The car is GB5 blue with V1X black vinyl top, V5B blue vinyl inserts in the side moldings, and D3B8 cloth and vinyl split bench interior. Very few options: E63 engine, H51 A/C. The rest of the tag is fuzzy, showing a 4/12/1972 build date. The tag seems to read CM41M2C2xxxx7 (maybe CM41M2C263247 or CM41M2C258242 ?).

Short description: "Car is very clean it is a Newport custom has air conditioning, cruise control with a 400 cu in. There is a small tear in the seam of the front seat drivers side and a few small bubbles under the vinyl top around the back window. Paint is very nice and chrome is excellent!"
