I think they mean "no cruising around" you can come in, or leave whenever, but don't drive around....my interpretation

That's too bad..seems it's always something with these classics, if you like tinkering with them it's fun, but it can get tiresome too....

I got mine, I'm in Red area, R126, I guess they are still keeping the 300's separate from the C body's.....was hoping/and suggested they could change that

That is correct, fasten belts and door locks are what those two are. As far as the yellow wire, my other picture here shows it going into the main harness ...hope this helps!!
