The Car Dealers Saw To Introduce New Models

I think it's a matter of personality. These types of videos annoy me like the announcer at every racetrack I've been to. I really enjoy this geology guy from your area. I look forward to a new Nick video frequently. As far as cars go if I'm watching car stuff it's Nick's garage. Not sure...

Rear shackles bushings are even easier. Place a jack under one side by the frame and just take it up so it touches. Now unbolt the shackle on that side. Jack the car slowly until the shackle gets loose and pull the shackle off. Too far up and the springs and axle start to hang down. You have...

    Who sells leaf springs?

Truth be told, it's just the bushings on one of the rear shackles that's bad. I'm seeing them on ebay for around $33.

Unsure of how to move forward with 81 EFI Imperial

Mechanicals be damned, they're so sinister looking with a rake.

Those bushings are pretty easy to remove/replace. Been there... Done that. It can even be done on the car. But if your heart is set on spending $$, Espo is always my first choice. https://www.springsnthings.com/

The Car Dealers Saw To Introduce New Models

I firmly believe that unless you can document it, any claim about any car's ancestry and/or history is always speculation. I don't know anything about "dealer review" cars. This car could be... I don't know. I also don't know if the broadcast sheet is going to prove or disprove it. It seems...

    Who sells leaf springs?

Hello fellas, the bushings on my leaf springs (67 Newport Custom Fasttop) need to be replaced. I called the shop that did my NYer front end, and the VERY knowledgeable C-body guy there advises just to get new springs. He says there would be too many hours getting the old bushings out, and...

    Dumping gas

No, it is not normal, but "fuel percolation" DID happen to us in the TX summers back then. Not "dumping" as such, but "percolation" which did cause a fuel smell and result in a longer crank time. Even when the car had about 7100 miles on it. We learned to live with it and use larger throttle...

The Car Dealers Saw To Introduce New Models

Why do you think it's a stretch? We have seen a lot of dealer reveal cars over the years and this one checks all the boxes. Need to pull the back seat and see if it still has the broadcast sheet.
