    Try finding another one in better shape. The pitting inside the chamber may reduce the flow and compromise the cooling efficiency. The heater pipes are available from eBay motors.

    Check the park lever cable. If its broken or disconnected the trans will be locked up.

    I agree, no need to change booster. Make sure the rear chamber of the m/c (closest to firewall) feeds the front brakes.
