For Sale 1972 Dodge Polara Two Door

I had one that we turned into a "70's stoner, muscle, rat-rod kinda thing. Totally ridiculous. I've owned some nice cars, but this is the one everyone wanted and still talks about. It was a blast to drive. I wish I could buy this one.

    I found a 72 Polara. Price?

It would be a 2, but the paint is not original. I like it, but it's not factory at all. There was significant rust repair.

    I found a 72 Polara. Price?

Thank you. I would say it's in number 3 condition. The paint is nice, but it's no show car. It is an original 440 car and the interior is original and in nice condition. It's a driver, not a collector car. I'm going to offer $5k and see if that will do it.

    I found a 72 Polara. Price?

I have been looking for another 72 Polara ever since I sold mine last year. I found one and it looks to be in fairly nice shape. It is loaded. Power everything. Bucket seats. Fresh paint. They stripped it to bare metal and repaired some rust spots. The car looks great. It is a 2-door and...

For Sale 1968 Plymouth Sports Fury iii - $7000 (east nashville)

I know this car. He was trying to get $25k for it. I see his price has come down. I wouldn't spend $800 on it. It's a rusty wreck that has been abused its whole life. It has an under-dash AC unit that makes the passenger seat impossible to sit in. It's not worth anyone's time or money.

Front disc brake conversion for "68 Fury III

I have looked around for a while and there seems to be a lot of conflicting information on disc brake conversions for the "68 Fury III. It would be nice to hear from some of you who have done this. What are the options and what should I avoid?

"68 Fury III. 318 with Carter carb. Runs rough.

I went over to a friends house this weekend and tried the tests mr fix it gave me. It appears that the timing chain is good and the vacuum advance is working as it should. We spent most of Saturday afternoon messing around with the timing until we found the sweet spot where the car ran without...

"68 Fury III. 318 with Carter carb. Runs rough.

No. I was born and raised in America. I'm a well educated, white, middle-aged male business owner. Father of two teenagers. Married 23 years. I am a Grammy-nominated audio engineer. I own a recording studio in Nashville, TN where I do most of my own maintenance. The equipment I own and...

"68 Fury III. 318 with Carter carb. Runs rough.

I'm not an idiot. I'm trying to learn about something new here. In my world a bog is a marshy area with poor drainage and rotting vegetation. I don't know how that pertains to an engine. Sorry I tried your patience.

The bog? Are you referring to the hesitation when I accelerate from a stop or when I am going around a corner? As far as I can tell, there is no change in the way the engine is performing.

"68 Fury III. 318 with Carter carb. Runs rough.

I have only ever put premium, non-ethanol gas in the car. I'm 46. I just don't work on cars much. I'm sure if you walked into an AES meeting with all of my audio engineer buddies in Nashville you wouldn't understand half of what we were talking about. Old cars just aren't my specialty.
