Figured it out. Dodge trucks have 2 power sources for headlight switch. One of the power sources was dead. Got it straightened out.

Car sold to a guy in Ohio. Since some of the discussion on this forum has been about what these cars ACTUALLY sell for it sold for $11,500.

On the opposite side the holes were not cut. Therefore I made a template and used a hole saw to cut them. The power motor was different than the other though. It has springs in it and not the plastic pucks... anybody know about this type?

Ok so on the passenger side it appears there were holes already cut by a previous owner to access the motor bolts. This made removal and rebuild extremely easy.
