Brake Pedal not returning all the way

I spent last weekend installing a hydraulic brake switch on the '68. everything went acording to plan, except for that fact that I cut too close to the bend in the brake line and had to hammer it flat to get the line into the double flaring tool. It's not beautiful, but its good enough for who...

Brake Pedal not returning all the way

Thank you very much Gerald! Where were you able to attach the 1/8 switch end to? I see a Jegs kit with what looks like everything. Will I need another union to add it to the system?

Brake Pedal not returning all the way

After trying to adjust the brake light switch, I discovered its near impossible to do anything under the dash of the Fury. I wasn’t even able to remove the bracket that holds the brake switch due to the fact that I could not get a wrench on the bolt because of the steering column being in the...

Brake Pedal not returning all the way

I will have to look into this more. I’m not entirely familiar with these. Even with my little experience, I already hate standing on my head to try and fix the problem. Thank you for the suggestion!

That is the exact thing I was having to do. I have to pull the brake pedal back up to turn my brake lights off

Brake Pedal not returning all the way

So, recently I noticed my brake lights staying on after I park my '68 Fury. I simply fixed the problem by pulling up on the brake pedal to engage the brake light switch. That worked until my brake pedal stopped being able to return to the point of engaging the switch. Now my brake lights will...

    68 Fury Indicator Problem

School started back up so I've had little time to get to the problem and the car demanded other parts when I had time. I recently drove the Fury through a rain storm and the front grille indicator decided to start working again so I'm not complaining. One question I had was, where would I attach...

I'd like to see aftermarket radio installations

I have my radio mounted inside the glovebox to keep it concealed. Its a long reach from the driver seat, but I don't mess with it anyways.

    68 Fury Indicator Problem

That is good to know! I'm happy no money was wasted then. I didn't know about the grounding issue so I will check that.

    68 Fury Indicator Problem

Ok, that sounds like some good ideas. I did have the battery removed for a little before this so I will start there first and check connections and then go on from there.

    68 Fury Indicator Problem

So, I received a fender indicator lens kit for the Fury for Christmas and I went to install it and it turns out its for a Roadrunner. I decided to try it anyways as it said it works for the Bullet Indicators and doesn't fit. The threads are different, which would be fine if it worked as I need...
