I pulled the original headliner and insulation out of the 66 300 today. I was able to get the new insulation in before the heat ended the day.

Thanks for the picture! It was just the six nuts. The foam was stuck to the dashboard a little over the speedometer.

Okay I have all the nuts off the pad that are up against the cowl and can't get it loose. Pushed up on the studs and nothing. Do I have to pull the whole dash apart?

I have a bad TRW power steering pump in my 66 300. I can find the Federal pumps rebuilt but they don't come with the pulley. Will the TRW pulley work on the Federal pump? Thanks

I found one! Guy was parting out a 66 300 an hour drive from me and I was able to grab the drivers side assembly for 80$. The passenger side,which I didn't need, was broken.
