Tinkering with the idea of doing a Gen III hemi sway into a 65 C body. Seems there was a member here that did one. Anyone know who that may of been. Looking for mod pics and lessons learned.

TT a buddy today that may have a complete shroud with the brackets. He’ll let me borrow it to mock up brackets. I may go ahead and make some extras for members needing them

I have the inserts and bolts. Apparently I’m short of the brackets

i have what I think is a shroud for a 65 22” radiator. I also have a mounting kit for the same. “We have a problem Huston” For the life of me I can’t figure out how to mount this to the rad. I’m thinking it’s the wrong shroud.

Has nothing to do with the PCV. Those motors are built with low tension rings including the oil ring meaning there is less tension against the cylinder wall allowing for less friction and more power. Low tension rings have a been used in the racing engine community for years. Many old timer...

anyone running FI on their big block? If so give us some insight.

I should also add that Marvel Mystry Oil is good internal engine cleaner. The ticking may be the result of plugged oil passages and like I said before I wouldn't rule out an exhaust leak.
