I have this 440 block with a casting date 1-7-77, however the casting number 2536430 is for 69-72? Also the pad is stamped with a G(1971). I believe it's a 71 with a wrong date cast in. see pics What do you guys think? jim

M3672 has the correct sizes and clocking.(as cbody67 mentioned above) I had one on my street wedge 4-speed 65 Polara. No longer made in USA, but available.

if its an early carter it will have a smaller air horn than the edelbrock. use a late model base. (69 and up should work) j

Can't read the pic you posted above, sorry if I'm repeating what's on there. T = 1963 41 = 413 42 = 426 I can't quite read the date either, if 126 Jan. 26 1963, if 1126 Nov. 1962. whichever it is should still have a 1962 casting date or a very early 1963. I didn't have my coffee yet. Jim
