Extended cab or regular cab....depends on the buyer, and region as Furious points out...but not enough to hurt the value too much. 89's in this condition are very few and far between, and the fact that it's a black truck and a dually doesn't hurt the value at all.

I'm big into 1st Gen trucks and I can assure you that the price of these cummins trucks is a lot higher then most think, and only going up year after year. That might be a tad on the high side, but that truck has what most people are looking for in a 1st Gen truck....4wd, 5spd and in excellent...

To be honest I get bored to tears to see the same old stock vinyl interior in every car at the show with not much difference other then the shape of the seats and the patterns on them. Nice to see something that makes you stand back and go "Hmmm no that is interesting" and if there were twenty...

I kind of dig it...survivor customs like this are rare and it should be saved and kept the way it is. Thinking the door panels must have got damaged badly and they tossed those on just to make it look "better". Would have been best if they had found some white or beige door panels.

That is a gorgeous car, and being a Magnum just makes it that much better. Well worth the asking price IMO....wish I had time and spare cash for something like this.

That is too funny....made me think of a time a friend in high school got pulled over "speeding" in his Hyundai Pony....cop did not truly believe that it could have been going that fast so he laughed, gave him a warning and drove off.

Keep the suburban and put a 89-93 12V cummins drive train in it and keep it going for another 12 years, or look for an Excursion with a Fummins conversion..... ;)

When I restored my 68 Coronet 500 convertible...383 car with a ton of options I had to install the power budge hood because it is just so darn sexy!!

The grille piece looks like it might be from a 46-48 Plymouth. Door handles look like the 46-48 Desoto/Chrysler due to the raised edge along the inside....but might have been used on the Dodge and Plymouth of that year as well?

I agree the fargo last year was 72-73 to my knowledge.

WA state is fine if you get a car from over the mountains to the east, high desert out that way. My 68 T/C wagon was out of Spokane WA and it's a completely rust free vehicle.
