    Maciek1 -->1973 Imperial

    Do you still have original wheel covers but like the later Imperial versions better? I guess we would describe this as the Imperial LeBaron Town Landau edition with those non factory bars on the C pillar. LOL!

    Maciek1 -->1973 Imperial

    Glad you are doing such great things with this time capsule. It reminds me of the 72 LeBaron my grandparents bought for their 50th wedding anniversary in Sept 1971. He died unexpectedly 6 months later which is still a shock to this day. I got to learn to drive on in spring 1974 and took...

    too lazy for torque specs

    No, no, do it correctly. If you ever need to remove them again you'll hate yourself for using that crap! My motto: Do a job right or don't do it at all.

    Spark plug confusion.

    The plug on the left is not the correct plug for a 440. You'll have to look up the application for it to see what it fits, but if you screw that one in, it will hit the piston top and cause all sorts of havoc and destruction.

    too lazy for torque specs

    Now in the process of putting everything back together after replacing the timing chain on my 440. I've got about 25-30 bolts to reattach. If a person (such as myself) is too lazy to look up or determine torque specifications for individual bolts (cam gear, crank bolt , timing cover bolts) then...

    Set of Hub caps no curb rash

    2 boxes, 2 caps in each. USPS priority International. Buyer pays the shipping. Easy peasy. I've helped our friends across the pond quite a bit. It's not cheap, but if they cover the cost it's pretty simple and straightforward. Their addresses and postal codes look strange as hell.

    I recently had a shipping company come to my house and pick up a set up bucket seats for a dodge challenger. So I would imagine it’s doable. But the buyer did the research.

    Set of Hub caps no curb rash

    Good morning. I’m not sure how to ship them to Poland. I could box them up obviously. If you want to take the time and effort to research shipping company near me, I can drop them off for the gasoline fee but you’re gonna have to spend that time figuring out transportation. I don’t think I...

    383 differences per year

    In the earlier days of emissions controls, it was felt that an open chamber, lower compression ratio was beneficial to these efforts. The exhaust temperatures between our '66 Newport 383 2bbl and our '72 Newport 400 2bbl are significant. The '66 is much cooler, by comparison. Keeping the...
