So I was cranking my 318 mopar in my 65 Fury and it just quit . Now I have a no start from the key. So I bypassed starter and started at the relay with a screwdriver and fired right up. I drove for an hr with no issues. Why the no key start? Starter ? I checked fues , Ballest resistor Seem ok.

Both tail light blinkers work with headlights off. The left tail light blinker will not when I turn lights on unless I pull out of socket . Ground ? Any ideas . Thanks

Figured I post again . Ignition control plug got very hot and was smoking . Then spark proceeded to go down ground wire towards alternator. I changed ignition module , checked continuity off ignition wires ( all fine). Checked resistor and voltage regulator, all ok. I first though it was bad...

Looks original. Got very hot and burned alot of casing off the ground wire in my ignition harness. Noticed ground to it was loose and not very good . Wires seem fine in harness. Is it ok to leave copper ground with no plastic casing wrap well with high temp auto tape ?

This black part of my 318 ignition started smoking now I have a no start . Any ideas . Ty . Tried a few things . No luck yet .
