The blue wire with white trace Goes from the bulk head to the ballest resistor. If that wire is broke or damaged Will it give the car a no start/ a dead battery symptom but its not the battery No power in side the car no dome light. Nothing when u turn the key.

On my 66 fury wagon Its not charging. The gauge reads discharge . I am still working on the car undoing cobbeled up stuff. The battery is good . The alt is good . I drove it yesterday for the first time. And the battery was drained when i got home.
