Re-admiring your car again, every time I revisit I see some new detail. This past summer I've had no end of over heating problems with my vert. It has a 22"rad that has been re-cored, but I suspect the replacement core is not as efficient as the stock Mopar. Anyways I'm thinking, shroud or re-core or new aluminium or some combination of. My questions, your aluminium rad looks pretty good, any problems getting it to fit, does it have the tranny cooling deal at the bottom, how well does it cool, are you happy with it and where did you buy it?
The transmission cooling lines screwed in perfectly on the bottom of the rad no problem at all.

Thanks for the details. Didn't realize you have enjoyed this car for so long. Love it, and the wheel/console restoration is beautiful.

Doug Lepak : The steering wheel guy, did the wheel and console restoration. He is a master at his craft . I wish I would have had it done years before. Check out his face book page it's incredible. He lives in Edmonton Alberta

He does any wheel including rim blow. Boat ,car, tractor he has done them all. He has about a 30 wheel line up in front of him so there is a wait. If your even considered it you should do it. It changes the whole complexion of the interior of the car

Very very very nice. How long did it take you to restore your beautiful car.
I did the math the other day I’ve had it for 33 years I bought it when I was 19 and I have drive it every chance I get in the summers. My resto started a week after I bought it , the first time I had to fix it LOL My goal is a trouble free ride that goes like hell. You never really stop restoring if you want a driver car , You look after it - it looks after you.

Definitely one of my favorite cars in our C body forum pool. The photography is stunning as well. Now you just need to branch out to YouTube video outlet and drive in circles in empty lots like me.

HaHa I already spend most of my life running around in circles I could just do it in my car.

Welder guy. I'm just seeing your absolutely stunning Sport Fury for the very first time. I don't know what to say, besides that the resto is top notch. Great work.. I love the white interior with the outside color. Is that the original color?

THANKS. No that’s not the original colour, it was a dark red when I bought it many years ago and i thought it looked good so I stayed with the red theme . It was originally Y6 ( I think that’s Gold poly) when I had it repainted in 1999 I had them add a touch of pearl to the base red and then 3 coats of clear. The paint has stood the test of time well but it could use a respray and some body work.

Original color interior too? Did it come with the 383? Great work on those as well.

The interior is the original colour. I really liked the white. I had all the white interior panels restored . Any cracks or tears fixed and then I had the panels dyed back to the original white colour. Over time they had become some what stained and yellowed with age. There is a guy here that does vinyl and plastic restoration and he is a master at his craft. I bought a new boot ,seat covers and carpet from legendary auto interiors. The 383 is original to the car.

Wow! Car paint jobs don't get any better than yours. Never knew any Fury had a tach in the dash.

The Paint held up well since it was sprayed in 1999. The dash tach was a very rare option in 69. This particular tach is not original, I made it . As close to the original as I was able . Finding an original at a reasonable price is still on my bucket list but for the time being this one will work . I did a thread on it - I finished building my 69 fury dash Tach today
