1957 Plymouth Fury - $45,000 - Greeley, Colorado
FB Description
Up for sale is my 1957 Plymouth Fury. I purchased this car in 2019 after the previous owner had the engine and transmission rebuilt, had the car repainted, and the interior reupholstered. Since owning the car I have replaced the entire exhaust system, rebuilt the carburetors, and installed a new starter. This car is very complete and has most of the hard to find Fury specific parts: green solex tinted glass (no cracks all in excellent shape), 150mph speedometer, gold anodized inserts, bumper wings, dual carb intake, emblems, hubcaps etc). To be complete this car would need the correct Fury fender spears and the correct air cleaners. The front steering feels loose and will need an alignment as well. The car has been converted to a dual reservoir manual front disc brake set up. Overall the body and paint are decent but there is evidence of some bodywork and patch panels in the car's past and a few chips/runs/fish eyes in the paint. The car currently does not have its rear valance installed but I do have a set of rust free lower valances that I will include that would only need straightened and painted. I also have a set of painted fender skirts that are included in the sale. This car is by no means a show car or 100 point car but is a solid driver that I get compliments on constantly. I am not in a hurry to sell. Feel free to shoot me a message and I will be happy to answer any questions or provide any other information I can.
