Wow! I've never seen one of these with crossrams. And a manual too! Wouldn't that be a 413 not a 383?

Nope, 383 is correct. The 413 was used in the Chrysler 300G in 61. The drag race "max wedge" version of the 61 Dodge was a 413 with offset ram induction.

Lots of potential there but would require a frame off. Probably break even money wise, If you did most of the work yourself.
