I considered it, but then determined that I needed four doors for easier access to baby seat.

Runs and drives like a dream. Looks like the rear is sagging to me and so runs and drives like a dream in his dreams.

the only thing that concerns me is the rust on the rear pillars. Looks like it needs major metal work there. Other than that for the price I'd be real tempted.

At $3000? There is a reason it has been for sale for a long time as the OP says. No one in San Diego County is willing to pay $3000.
