1965 Fury III Convertible

New to the site, wife and I just purchased a 1965 Fury III convertible with the Poly 318 and automatic. It is a driver that needs some love. We hope to clean it up, give it a new interior and paint, upgrade the mechanicals, and one day take it down Route 66. Not our first rebuild, she does the interior (she does marine and outdoor upholstery) and I do the mechanicals and fabrication. Might even try shooting the paint on this one. Look forward to you guys educating me on these old Mopars. Thanks in advance.
