Looked at the auction status this AM. Appears the bids topped out at $5300, and the reserve was not met. . .

I have a question about this car. There is no horn ring. Is that because it is a tilt wheel car. Both of my 66 300 do not have tilt but have the horn ring.

The tilt-telescope columns had a different steering wheel than the regular columns. As I don't really know 1966 cars that well, I can't tell you if that is the correct wheel for a '66 300, but it is a tilt-telescope steering wheel, that I am 100% sure on.

Aside from the very poorly laced on cover that is a correct steering wheel for 66 Tilt Tele. No horn ring just buttons in the two spokes.
