That is actually a promotional model made by Jo-Han.
U.S. model obviously.
I had not seen a 67 plastic model.
They may be molded in resin but most models have a short life.

Do a search for your Dodge or other MOPAR model search. I have found many "C" body model kits. May not be cheap. Model Hause had many old kits that they made resin copies of. Very expensive. Look for resins kits

Actually JoHan made the 65-66 Fury and Chrysler 300 kits and promos. MPC made the Polara and Monaco.
