1966 Imperial Crown Disc Brake Upgrades

I would like to do a disc brake upgrade to my 1966 Imperial Crown Convertible. Can anyone let me know what options are out there?

Thanks for your help. Found a guy yesterday that will do a Wilwood 4 piston set up for me with cross drilled slotted rotors and the 15's will still go on the car.
