Which gauge should I have in the console shift of my 66 Sport Fury. I currently have the console mounted Tachometer there, or should I install the console mount Vacuum Gauge ( Performance Gauge ) that I have sitting in my box of parts ,or install both. What are your thoughts

There is no point in having a vacuum guage there, or at least not permanently. Once you know what the vacuum is at your cruising, under acceleration, and deceleration points, you know them. They don't change. The vacuum guage can help you with fuel economy, but I don't think thats what you're after.

The tachometer will always be useful if you drive it hard, or can't hear, so I would keep the tach.
