Should be a stamped p/n on the hook.
There are a couple of Mopar jack hook identification site out there with the applications. Can not remember the site right now.

On a Chrysler Newport - '67 and '68 hooks are significantly different - as to the mounting feature in contact with the bumper.
How the hook mounts to the jack at least for my '68 hook on this 67 jack mounts exactly the same.
The part number on a Chrysler '68 hook is 2855118.

Well, at any rate, the one relevant datum is that a 67 hook WON'T work on a '68 bumper. That's what I thought, but wanted to make sure enough.

yes it came out of a '67 Newport,.but the part on the jack does add up to being a legitimate Mopar part.....jack hook has a U74 number, some google references to mopar...

So I will mark it as sold
